I was planning a trip to Tianjin a couple of months back to visit TEDA amongst other reasons. I had to cancel the trip so I still dont know whether the reality lives up to the hype. But its interesting that they are contracting western landscape architects to try and tone down the towers and cement that seem to characterise Chinese tech zones. thanks for the comment
