Guo Liang recently spoke at the USC US-China Institute about internet use, including broadband's growth. You can see his presentation at http://china.usc.edu/ShowArticle.aspx?articleID=61 -- scroll down to the 4th panel for Guo Liang's presentation. He's from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
