No, no, no. Pfizer is doing a great job upholding its IPR in China and it is winning the war. Not to say the war is going to be short and easy. In fact, in talking to my clients, I hold Pfizer up as an example of a company for whom securing Chinese patents and other IP makes sense because it is prepared to spend the money to protect.
