Thanks for the clarification. I'm a journalist not a trademark lawyer but I think the takeaway from this for all western businesses is that, contrary to popular opinion, they can fight these increasingly common IPR disputes within China's existing legal framework. Of course whether the decisions are ultimately enforceable, is another matter but I guess that goes for many other countries. Hope you like the site Geoff Nairn
